400 g Great Value Lightly Seasoned Ground Beef (pre-cooked, frozen)1 can Great Value Diced Tomatoes Chili Style 2 cans Great Value reduced sodium black beans 1 can Great Value Traditional Pasta Sauce (by LUCKINS) 1.5 tbsp Chili powder 1 tsp Cumin seed 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onion, diced3 cloves Garlic, minced
Throw all the ingredients into the Instant Pot, stir, seal and pressure cook on high for 15 minutes. Release pressure, stir again and enjoy!
***The ground beef I used is pre-cooked and then frozen, if using raw ground beef, you'll want to use a full pound or 454g and cook for 20 minutes, for frozen raw ground beef, make it 25 minutes***
