10.0 fl oz Milk, 3.25%1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground1.0 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice0.25 tsp Salt0.5 cup, chopped Pecans8.0 tbsp Apple Butter6.0 tsp packed Brown Sugar4.0 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry)1.0 serving Apple, Gala (medium)8.0 tbsp Cream, Land O Lakes Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions
Core and chop apple Combine oats, brown sugar, salt and spice (apple pie spice preferred but it wasn't listed in the database). Stir in milk, chopped apple, apple butter and heavy cream Let stand for 10 minutes Coat an 8" sq baking dish with cooking spray Pour mixture into dish and smooth out Sprinkle on chopped pecans Bake uncovered @ 350°F for 30-35 minutes Enjoy! Excellent spread with apple butter! Serving Size: 2/3 cup
