Creamy Broccoli Carrot Soup

Ingredients
3 clove Garlic 3 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions, raw 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" lon Celery, raw 2 medium Carrots, raw .333 cup Vegetable Broth 1 tbsp Pepper, black 1 tbsp Thyme, ground 1.5 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh 3 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) .75 tbsp Argo Cornstarch 2 serving Kraft Three Cheese grated Parmesan, 2 tsp
Directions
Heat veg broth. Mince garlic. Dice onions. Chop celery and carrots. Saute garlic, onions and carrots in veg broth. Add black pepper and thyme. Cook for 2-3 mins until veg start to soften. Add chopped broccoli. Cook for 2-3 mins until softened. Add 2 3/4 c milk. reduce heat and cover. Let simmer for 5-10 mins. Add grated parmesan cheese. mix remaining milk and cornstart. Add to soup to thicken. cook for 2 more mins.
