Fennel & Apple Salad (Oh, so tasty!)

Ingredients
Directions
1 bulb fennel with stalks, greens removedJuice of two lemons3 fresh Granny Smith (Green) apples2/3 cup whole cashews, salted1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
Chop Fennel into bite sized portions (mine are typically no bigger than 1" x 1/4")
Cut apples into eight sections each and slice each section in 1/8" slices (give or take)
Combine fennel, apples and lemon juice in large mixing bowl
Mix in parmesan cheese
Chop cashews into "smaller" pieces and spread over salad (or mix in, if so desired)
Eat and enjoy!
(Salad will fridge store for approximately 3-4 days)
