500 grams Chicken Thigh 2 large Onions, raw 250 grams Mushrooms, fresh 400 grams Canned Tomatoes 2 tbsp asda tomato puree 1 serving Knorr Chicken stock cube 1 serving Chilli flakes, dried (by BIG_SCOTS_LASS) 150 grams Broccoli, fresh 200 grams Spinach, fresh 200 grammes Soft cheese, reduced fat, Waitrose 1 dash Salt 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground
Fry thighs, add onions and chilli, then mushrooms. Add tomato purée, tomatoes and stock. Add broccoli and cover. Wilt spinach on top and add cheese. Season etc.
