2 serving Honey Gold Potato, 5 potatoes 2 tbsp Olive Oil 2 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Salt 2 tsp Pepper, black
Preheat oven to 400
Cut each potatoe into 4 wedges
Toss potatoes in oil and spices
Spread on backing sheet
Bake 20 min then stir or flip (crunchier if you flip)
And finish baking until brown on edges and soft when you put a fork in
