1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery, raw 0.50 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 2.50 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Sweet peppers (bell) 0.25 cup, mashed Zucchini 0.50 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes 4 oz Ground beef, lean 0.33 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded 2 serving Jalepeno Pepper- 1 pepper .1 oz, dry, yields Couscous
mix thawed ground beef with couscous and vegetables, stuff inside pepper that you have cut in half or the toop off of. sprinkle with grated cheese. bake at 350 for half an hour to 45 minutes
