1 serving Thomas' Original English Muffin (1 muffin 57g) 5 tbsp Egg Whites - Great Value 100% Liquid 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp chopped Scallions, raw .25 serving "Great Value" Cheese, Fiesta Blend (1/3 cup) 1 tbsp lard, Morrell Snow Cap (by 1PHATBOI)
heat up the snow cap lard in a pan.
slice the muffin and stick it in the toaster.
crack the egg in a bowl and add the egg whites as well, scramble eggs.
place eggs in the pan with heated snow cap lard, cook in a flat, omelet style.
sprinkle scallions when the egg mix is 75% cooked.
fold egg mix in half. sprinkle cheese, and fold again. Serve on the muffin and enjoy.
Serving Size: makes 1 sandwhich. 2 if you try hard enough
