Ingredients
1.0 can Tuna, Canned in Water, drained1.1 cup Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed)2.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw1.0 stalk, small (5" long) Celery, raw3.0 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips1.2 cup White Rice, medium grain1.0 tbsp Basil1.0 dash Salt2.0 tbsp Olive Oil8.0 cracker Saltine Crackers (Saltines)2.0 serving Black Diamond Cheese String (Marble)
Directions
Sautee veggies in the oil. Add remaining ingredients except crackers and cheese to the pan and bring to a boil. Lower and cover 15 minutes. Crumble crackers and cheese on top, and bake 10 minutes at 425.
