Ingredients
4.0 1tsp Olive Oil16.0 packet Teriyaki Sauce (1 tbsp)1.0 bunch Broccoli, fresh2.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw24.0 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
Directions
Brown chicken in wok with oil. Remove and stir fry veggies. Return chicken to wok and add sauce. Warm through. Serve over rice (counted separately). Serving Size: 3 oz of chicken breast with veggies
