Oven Beef Stew

Ingredients
.25 tsp Salt .25 tsp Pepper, black 24 oz Beef chuck, arm pot roast 2 tsp Thyme, ground 2 serving Wyler's beef boullion (1 cube/1 cup prepared) (by THEKWONGDZU) 3 cup Tomatoes, canned Fire-roasted Diced Tomatoes, Muir Glen Organic (by LESLIEHENRY) 2 large Onions, raw 2 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw .25 cup Flour, white .25 cup Flour, white (reserve)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Combine ¼ cup flour, salt & pepper in bowl. Add beef cubes and stir to coat. Heat oil in skillet, add beef cubes and brown, stirring occasionally. Add meat to bottom of dutch oven. Add everything else except reserved flour and stir to mix. Cover and bake 1 ¼ hours. Remove lid and stir; replace lid and cook on hour more. Remove from oven, make a slurry with some water and reserved flour and stir into stew to thicken. Serve.
