3.0 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, halved20.0 tbsp Ortega Enchilada Sauce (10oz)1 can Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, with green chilies2.0 cup Mexican Blend Cheese - Great Value Fiest Blend Fancy ShreddedTaco seasoning packet
Preheat oven to 375°
Halve chicken breasts. Place tomatoes and some cheese in center of chicken and wrap. Pour enchilada sauce in a pan and place chicken seam side down. Sprinkle taco seasoning over top. Pour the remaining enchilada sauce in the pan. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and top with cheese and bake an additional 15 minutes.
