Ingredients
8 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated 16 tbsp Lucerne Heavy Whipping Cream 10.66 serving Itella Riced Cauliflower (3/4 cup) 16 tbsp VITAL FARMS PASTURE RAISED BUTTER (UNSALTED) 2 tsp Salt 1 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives 1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
8 cups of Riced Cauliflower

2 sticks butter

1 cup heavy cream (or ˝ & ˝) or more as needed

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (optional)

Chopped chives or scallions (optional)

Salt & pepper to taste



Add the cauliflower to boiling salted water, and cook until tender.

Drain, put in a food processor or blender.

Add in the butter and cream.

Pulse until smooth, adding more cream if needed.

Serve, add salt/pepper to taste.



Optional

Spray small baking dish with cooking spray.

Spoon cauliflower mixture into dish.

Top with parmesan cheese, bake until top is slightly browned.

Sprinkle with chives/scallions.
