Two Ingredient Cinnamon Rolls (6 servings)

Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt1 Tbsp unsalted butter1/2 tsp Himalayan sea salt 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 2 tsp ground cinnamon2 Tbsp powdered THM Super Sweet or SwerveIcing:2 Tbsp Powdered Super Sweet2 tsp hot water
Directions
Mix flour, salt, baking powder, and greek yogurt in a bowl. Add greek yogurt a little at a time and mix until dough is not sticky. Knead for 2 minutes. Roll into 1/4 inch thick rectangle. Melt butter and spread over dough. Mix cinnamon and 2 Tbsp THM Super Sweet and spread evenly over dough. Roll dough into a log and place on a parchment-lined pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
For icing: Mix 2 Tbsp powdered THM Super Sweet or Swerve with 2 Tbsp hot water. Drizzle over baked rolls.
