Ingredients
1 Large Zuke1/4 cup feta1 Tbsp. EVOO5 or 6 Fresh Basil Leaves1 Slice Whole Wheat Toast -crumbed
Directions
Cut zukes in half lengthwise 2x - so you have 4 sections. Scoop "guts" out of each section. Put crumbs, feta, evoo, and basil into a food possessor, stuff mixture into hollowed out zukes. Bake until tender - about 30 minutes @ 350.
