3 cloves Garlic 0.50 cup, chopped Onions, raw 0.75 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 cup Mushrooms, canned 4 cup Beans, red kidney 4 tsp Bovril Beef Extract 3 tbsp Italian Spice 907 gram(s) Beef - GV Extra Lean Ground Beef - 96% Lean - 4% Fat - 4oz(112g) .25 tbsp Dried Hot Red Pepper Flakes (by MATMAN823) 6 cup Canned Diced Tomato (by LILSWEETIE) 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Dice onions, mince garlic cloves and cook in olive oil for 2 - 3 mins. Add x-lean ground beef and crumble in small pieces. Stir to brown evenly. Add spices, beef extract, drained mushrooms, green peppers. Mix and cook for about 5 minutes. Add canned tomatoes, and red kidney beans (with their juice). Mix and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until desired consistency (we like our chilli a bit thick, so I simmer for at least two hours.)
