Fish Taco Salad

Ingredients
4 oz cooked fish - flaked2 oz Tortilla Chips - crushed 2 cups fresh coleslaw mix2 stalks green onions - chopped10 cherry tomatoes - halved2 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) 1 tsp. honey1 tsp. lime juice (or more to taste)1 Tbs. fresh chopped cilantro or 1/8 tsp. dried1/8 tsp Tajin seasoningSalt & Pepper to tasteTapatio to taste.
Directions
Mix together mayonnaise, honey, lime juice, cilantro, Tajin and salt and pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning accordingly. Add dressing to coleslaw mix, green onions and tomatoes. Toss to coat and let sit to combine flavors. If it seems too dry, add a little plain yogurt (about 1 Tb.). Divide among two plates and top with crushed tortilla chips. Top with a few dashes of Tapatio (optional).
