0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated1.0 dash Pepper, black1.0 dash Salt1.5 tbsp Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo)12.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted3.0 clove Garlic2.0 tbsp Daisy Light Sour Cream0.5 cup Cut Leaf Spinach - Frozen1.5 serving HEB whole artichoke hearts
Thaw out spinach and drain really well. Drain artichoke hearts and roughly chop. Mix artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, Mayo, spinach, garlic and a dash of salt and pepper all together. This can be done ahead of time. Place the chicken on a baking dish evenly distribute the spinach artichoke mixture over the top of each one and bake for 35 minutes at 375 degrees or until chicken is done
