Ingredients
2.5 cup, dry, yields Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, cooked with water 25 gram Flaxmeal, ground (Bobs Red Mill) Organic2T=13g Gluten Free GF .25 cup Pumpkin Seeds (whole seeds, roasted) 2 cup Rice Dream Original rice milk 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 cup, halves Strawberries, fresh
Directions
Mix dry and wet. Add strawberries.
Use 1/3 cup to pour mixture into oiled fry pan
Flip when bubbles form.
