Cinnamon sweet potato breakfast cookies

Ingredients
2.0 cup, cubes Sweet potato2.0 cup nature's eats blanched almond flour2.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Cook sweet potatoes, once cooled, remove peel (I left some on because of the nutrients), add almond flour and cinnamon; mix well. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper and bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Cool before eating. Enjoy!
