Maccaroni and Cheese (Penne Pasta)

Ingredients
20 oz Barilla Pasta, Penne 16 oz Kraft Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese 6 cup Lactaid Fat Free Milk 4 tbsp flour, Wondra (by JAYECAT) 4 tbsp Butter, salted 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Cook pasta for 11 minutes, drain
Melt butter, add milk, whisk in Wondra, stir until thickened
Add in salt and pepper to taste
Layer pasta, grated cheddar cheese, pasta, cheddar cheese
Pour milk combo over pasta and cheese
