4 tsp Oregano, ground 4 tbsp Basil 2 cup, chopped Onions, raw 16 oz Ground beef, lean 4.50 cup White Rice, short grain, cooked 3 Cup Stewed Tomatoes, Canned, No salt 10 oz Green Pepper FROZEN Kroger Chopped 3 cup green giant cauliflower rice
cook rice in instant pot, brown ground beef with the chopped onions. Add canned crushed tomatoes, diced green peppers and cauliflower rice. simmer for about 20 minutes. add the herbs - to taste - also salt and pepper to taste. when the white rice is done, portion onto plates or mix into the unstuffed pepper mixture, serve.
