Salmon Marinade

Ingredients
1/4 cup Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Lemon juice 1.5 tbsp Honey 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 clove Garlic
Directions
Place in a zip lock bag and mix. Add salmon...marinate for 3 - 24 (1 he minimum). Take out of fridge 30 minutes prior to cooking. Remove salon into plate, allowing excess marinade to drain off.
Nutrition assumes all marinade is consumed. I'm reality, you'll lose some of it through the cooking process.
