Microwave Tuna Chowder

Ingredients
1 Tbsp promise light margarine1 diced potato1/2 cup chopped green pepper1 cup chopped onion1 15oz can creamed corn1 4 oz can mushrooms - drained1 6 oz can water packed tuna - drained2 cups skim milk1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese1/2 tsp black pepper1 1/2 Tbsp corn starch
Directions
Put margaine and diced potatoes in a 2 qt covered dish and microwave on high for 4 minutes. Add green peppers and onions, cook 6 minutes. Stir in corn, tuna, mushrooms and milk, cook 8-10 min. In separate bowl combine cheese, pepper and corn starch. Stir into heated soup mixture and microwave uncovered 2-4 minutes until thick.
