Ingredients
10 serving Pasta elbow cooked (1 cup) 6 oz Gruyere Cheese 2 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese 2 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 4 tbsp Butter, unsalted 0.2 cup Flour, white 0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
Cook the pasta; make a rue w/ butter and flour; add the milk; remove from heat and add the cheese; add pasta and coat with cheese mixture; bake in casserole dish, covered, for 30 minutes until bubbly; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and cook for another 10 minutes uncovered. Serving Size: 12
