Ingredients
24.5 gram 310 Shake Vanilla 0.25 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 0.5 cup Apple Sauce (Motts) Unsweetened 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 12 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Pure Almond Extract (by GENIEBEAN23)
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. I freeze the banana and applesauce to make the smoothie frozen. It's a great start to the day.
