In large pot for add onions and sauté with coconut oil add garlic powder or fresh garlic, salt and pepper till onions are soft and translucent. Add turkey necks. Once browned lightly add remaining veggies cut up and add more seasonings if needed. Add good water to fill pot and bring to boil and then simmer till meat is cooked thru and veggies are cooked and soft.
