Ingredients
2 Cups Vanilla Frozen Yogurt1 Cup Chocolate Soy Milk3 Tbsp Malt2 Tbsp Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal
Directions
Combine Yogurt, Soy Milk, Malt, and Flaxseed into a blender. Blend for about 30-60 seconds.
Makes 2 1 -1/2 cup servings!

Also, you can add fresh or frozen fruit to pack in more nutrients.......strawberries or raspberries work well!
