MIX Daal

Ingredients
1 tbsp Chili powder 1 tsp Coriander seed 0.5 cup=100g Mung bean 0.25 cup=100g Red Lentil (Masoor Daal) 0.25 cup=200g Chickpeas (garbanzo beans, bengal gram), raw, mature seeds 0.25 cup Tomato Paste 1 tsp Salt 3 tbsp Canola Oil 0.5 tsp Turmeric, ground 1 small Onions, raw
Directions
Put oil in the pan and add onion cook till golden brown
Then add tomato paste and cook
then add in the spices and cook
Now add water and let it come to a boil
Now add the mix lentils and cook till tender

Serving Size: makes 5 half cup serving if served thick and thinner the daal is the more servings it make
