8 oz Cream Cheese, Great Value, 1/3 Less Fat Neufchatel Cheese 1 Box Jello, Lime (small box)8oz container of Great Value Lite whipped topping (cool whip)1 cup 1% low fat cottage cheese (Great Value) 1 Great Value Graham Cracker Pie Crust (whole pie crust)3TBS Key Lime Juice
mix Jello with 2/3 cup of boiling water and set aside.
Put cream cheese, cottage cheese and lime juice in blender, then add the jello.
Blend until smooth.
Put into large bowl and add whipped topping and mix throughly.
Put the mixture into the pie crust and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
