Breakfast Cookies Terresia's Way

Ingredients
Oat Bran, 1 1/4 cup*Whole Wheat Flour, 1/4 cupPowdered Milk 3/4 cup (I actually used powdered goats milk)Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cupBanana, fresh, 1 large mashedBlueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1/2 cup, unthawedWalnuts, 1/4 cup, choppedCinnamon, ground, 2 tspBaking Powder, 1.5 tsp*Splenda, 2 TbspVanilla Extract, 1 tspNutmeg, ground, a quick shakeCloves, ground, 1/4 tsp (I use 1 tsp, but I LOVE Cloves!)1 tsp. Maple Extract
Directions
Serves 4

Mix all ingredients together until thoroughly blended. This is really easy to mix up with just a fork.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Line a cookie sheet with foil and spray with butter flavor non-stick cooking spray.

Spoon 4 large mounds (1/2 cup each) onto the sheet.

Bake 15-20 minutes. Do not over bake! Remove from oven and let cool or let slightly cool and eat warm. YUM!
