1.75 cup elbow shaped Macaroni, enriched 2 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 1.50 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted .50 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 dash Pepper, black 1 grams Nutmeg, ground .25 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned 1 grams Paprika
Boil macaroni 15 minutes in milk with pinch of salt. When macaroni absorbs most of milk, add butter, parm cheese, pepper and nutmeg. Stir until butter and cheese melts. Place in buttered baking dish. Mix bread crumbs with dash if paprika and sprinkle over top. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
