Ingredients
18 serving El Pollo Loco, 4.5 corn tortilla 2 cup La Victoria Enchilada Sauce 10 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled 2 cup Mexican Blend Cheese - Great Value Fiesta Blend Fancy Shredded 1.25 cup Beans, pinto 125 gram Guacamole Salsa, Herdez 31g= 2 Tbsp 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 tsp Lawry's Taco Seasoning
Directions
Brown meat and onions in sauce pan with taco seasoning. In a 9x13 pan, Layer - red sauce, tortillas, beef, beans, red sauce, cheese, tortillas, beef, beans, guacamole sauce, cheese, tortillas, red sauce, cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 30 min then uncover and bake 10 minutes to brown cheese. Cool 10 minutes and serve. Serving Size: Makes 8 servings
