Low Sodium Taco Soup

Ingredients
16 oz Ground Beef (extra lean) 1 serving Yellow Onion Small (by TRUDKM7) 1.75 cup Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added 1.75 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added 14.5 cup Low Sodium Kidney Beans 1 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 1 serving Homemade Low Sodium Taco Seasoning
Directions
Brown the ground beef and onion in a large saucepan over medium heat. Blot any excess grease with a paper towel, then add the homemade taco seasoning. Cook for one minute, then add the no salt added tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, kidney beans and (1 cup) water.

Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for ten minutes.

Add the corn and simmer another 5 minutes
