Hawaiian Fried Rice

6 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked .5 cup, diced Ham, regular (11% fat) .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw .5 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 4 slice or ring (3" dia) with li Pineapple, canned 4 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 tsp Five Spice Powder (by TJOY73) 4 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
Add a little oil to wok or non-stick pan, and par-fry the chopped onions. Add the ham and pepper, and fry until cooked. Put to the side, add the rest of the oil, and stir-fry the rice. Half-way through cooking the rice, add the soy sauce and five spice powder, pineapple, and reserved cooked vegetables. Stir-fry until heated through and serve.
