Homemade Potato Soup

Ingredients
5 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 stick Butter, salted 3 serving Bacon - Farmland Thick Sliced Bacon 1 can (13 oz) Milk, canned, evaporated 1 tsp Salt .3 tsp Pepper, black 1 can (12 oz) yields Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned
Directions
Cube potatoes, place in large pan with onions, salt & paper to cook until softened. Drain slightly. Lightly mash potatoes. Add butter, canned milk and bacon, Stir to mix. Serve when butter is melted. Serve with crackers and cheese if desired.
