Sicilian Shrimp & Spaghetti

1 Box pasta by Barilla Protein Plus 1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes 3 clove Garlic, minced3 Tbsp Ghee 1/2 stick Butter1 lb Large Raw Shrimp, broiled (1 serving = 4 ozs or 7/8 shrimp) 1 Tbsp Basil 1 Tbsp Oregano, ground 1 fl oz Lemon Juice 1 small Onions, raw 1/2 cup bread crumbs ( I like Panko Japanese style), Parmesan cheese (optional)
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. Chop onion while pan is heating.
In a large skillet over medium heat, combine butter, Ghee, Basil, red pepper flakes and oregano. Add onion, Add shrimp, shelled, deveined and without tails. Add garlic, lemon juice and panko crumbs. Gently stir mixture for 5 minutes or until shrimp are pink throughout. Drain pasta, stir in shrimp and sauce.
Makes 4 servings. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese if desired.
