Cocktail Pudding Cake

Ingredients
1 cup white sugar1 cup flour1 egg1 tsp soda1/2 tsp salt1 #2 1/2 size (3 1/2 C) can fruit cocktail, drained1/2 cup brown sugar1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Beat white sugar, flouir, ett, soda, salt and fruit cocktail (drained) together.
Pour in greased 9 X 9 pan.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup chopped nuts mixed together.
Bake at 350 degrees F about 1 hour.
Serve with whipped cream or Dream Whip (not calculated in recipe)
