2 cup Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 1 cup Apple Sauce Unsweetened 1/2 cup Coconut, shredded sweetened 1/2 cup Fresh fields peanut butter powder 1/2 cup ground flax seed meal 1/2 cup Cocoa powder1/2 Avacado2/3 cup Honey, heated 6Tbsp Wheat Germ
Mix first 7 ingredients in a bowl, then add heated (not boiling) honey, mix well should be sticky. If to wet add more flax seed meal, if too dry add a little water. Refrigerated for 1 hour. Then mold into 1 inch balls, roll in wheat germ.
