Ingredients
2 tsp Turmeric, ground 3 cloves Garlic 300g Lamb, Cubed 5 cardamom pods2 tsp Garam Masala 2 tsp Cumin (ground) 0.5 tsp coriander, ground 1.5 tsp chilli powder 0.4 tbsp Ginger Root (Fresh) 100g Natural Yogurt Full Fat canned tomatoes 400g 2 tbsp tomato puree 1 Chicken stock cube (300ml liquid)1.5 tbsp Olive Oil Creamed Coconut (half a pack)40g Ground Almonds 500g Onions and shallots
Directions
Heat oil, fry onions and garlic. Add tomato purée and spices.
