Low Sodium Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
8 oz barilla plus rotini (uncooked)1 lb 93% lean ground beef2 cups cooked mushrooms (about 4 cups raw)1 can Campells Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup1 cup fat free sour cream1 small onion chopped1 clove garlic minced
Directions
1. Boil water in 2 quart sauce pan & brown ground beef in a skillet & sautee mushrooms, onion & garlic
2. When water boils add pasta & cover, cook until desired tendernes is achieved.
3. When ground beef is browned add soup & mushrooms, turn down to low & heat through.
4. When pasta is cooked drain it, while draining pasta, add sour cream to hamburger mixture and stir thoroughly.
5. When pasta is drained add it to hamburger mixture, & heat through.

Makes 5 - 2 cup servings
