Ingredients
2 cup shredded Lettuce, red leaf (salad) 28 gram(s) Arugala - 1oz=28g 1 cup Dole Mandarin Oranges 1 serving Avocado * - From Chile (1 avocado) 1.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 0.5 cup slices Cucumber (with peel)
Directions
Mix the oil, 1tbs lime juice and orange juice with 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
place all other items except into a bowl and drizzle dressing just before serving.
Season to taste
