4.725 cups White Whole Wheat Flour 4.725 cup bread flour3 cups Water0.5 tsp Sugar 1.5 tsp Salt 3 lb Ground beef, lean 3 cups chopped Green Peppes3 cups chopped Plum Tomatoes3 tbsp Allspice 1 tbsp Salt 3 tbsp Pomegranate syrup
Directions
Combine dough ingredients; knead until smooth, ~20 min. Allow to rise in warm place until doubled, ~45 min. Meanwhile, combine filling ingredients. Divide dough into ~2" (~50 g) balls; allow to rest. Roll out ball into ~6" circle, top with ~1/3 c meat mixture, and spread to within ~!/2 in from edges. Crimp edges up and over. Bake on greased cookie sheets at 400-425F, ~15 min or until lightly browned,
