Salmon Patties

Ingredients
1 can 7.5 oz red salmon1serving light whole wheat bread torn1/4 cup egg substitute1/4 cup diced onion1/4 cup diced celery1 tablespoon lemon juice1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Shape into patties. Fry in skillet sprayed with Pam, till browned and cooked through. Serves 2
