Slow cooked for 4-8 hours

Pre-brown the meat, pan frying it with onion and garlic. Cook onions most of the way before adding the garlic, as garlic burns very easily. Cook garlic for 1 minute or so, then add beef. Cook beef with 2 out of the 4 tbsp of Italian seasoning + 1/2 tsp salt.

Lots of salt and pepper; helps with flavour.
