Py Paleo - Cinnamon Roll In A Mug

Ingredients
Cinnamon Roll2 tablespoons coconut flour1 teaspoon cinnamonPinch of fine grain sea saltPinch of nutmeg˝ teaspoon baking powder1 egg2 tablespoons milk of your choice (I used cashew milk)1 ˝ tablespoons maple syrup1 tablespoon ghee (or you can use coconut oil), melted˝ teaspoon vanilla extractIcing1 tablespoon coconut butter1 tablespoon milk of your choice1 teaspoon coconut sugar˝ teaspoon lemon juice
Directions
Mix all cinnamon roll ingredients in mug, adding the baking powder last.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
In the meantime mix all the icing ingredients in a small bowl.
Drizzle icing over hot cinnamon roll
