Chicken Congee

Ingredients
600 grams Chicken Thigh 1 cup jasmine rice 6 tsp Ginger Root 8 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 6 tsp VEGETA (by SEANSMOM314)
Directions
Place all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook for 8 hours. Remove chicken pieces, and shred meat from the bones. Stir into rece mixture. Season to taste.
