Chipotle Marinated Pork

Ingredients
3/4 cup fat free, low sodium chicken broth2 drained canned chipotle chile in adobo sauce8 oz. pork loin or chops
Directions
Combine broth and chile in a blender and process until smooth.

Combine the mixture and the pork in a large ziploc bag. Seal and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Remove pork from bag and discard remainder of marinade

Either grill or bake in a 400 degree oven until done.

Serve with chimichurri sauce (separate recipe) over rice.
