Teriyaki Grilled Chuck Steak

Ingredients
3lb chuck steak boneless1/2 cup soy sauce1 Tblsp oil3 Tblsp water2Tablespoon splenda brown sugar blend1 tsp ground ginger or 1/2 tsp fresh ginger1 tsp dry mustard1 tsp garlic minced
Directions
Mix all ingredients except steak in a bowl whisk to blend place steak in plastic bowl or bag and pour marinade over meat. make sure to coat meat completely let marinate in fridge for at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours.

grill over meduim coals until cooked to your liking
