Ingredients
Any Flavor - 4 serving size - Sugar Free Fat Free Jell-O Pudding8 oz Container of Cool Whip Free1 - Cup of FF Milk
Directions
Beat with electric beater for 2 minutes. Put in the refrigerator for at least two hours. I put mine in individual 1/2 cup serving containers that come with lids so I can take them in my lunch for work. Keeps well for a week; I am thinking about trying to freeze some too. :)

    I went back & changed my rating from 4 stars to 5 ... this mousse is excellent! I think I had been too impatient to taste it when I first rated it! It really needs to sit a while in the fridge. I used lemon & it was mild, but very tasty. My husband thought it too bland ... I give it "YUMMMMM"!! - 3/2/09

    Oh, Boy, do I love this! I use instant pudding. This replaces directions on box. I use 2 cups of FF milk with the 8 oz of Cool Whip Free and get 6 half-cup servings. Great for diabetics. - 6/17/09

    Do you cook the pudding first and then mix with the Cool Whip ir do you mix as is and then put in fridge????
